Barkingham Palace was built by local dog people who believe dogs deserve better than a warehouse and a crate. We built the facility we wished existed for Rotterdam and the Capital Region.

Chad & Jack
We're local. We live here, we work here, and we built Barkingham Palace because we saw a gap in the Capital Region — no premium, locally-owned dog care facility that actually felt like a place you'd want to leave your dog.
We designed every detail of Barkingham Palace with one question in mind: "Would we be comfortable leaving our own dog here?" The answer had to be yes before we opened the doors.
Every dog is temperament-evaluated before joining a group. Boarding stays include routine overnight well-being checks and rotating staff coverage, and every detail is being built around a more thoughtful standard of care.
